Establishing Emotional Boundaries: A Meditation Workshop
As energetic beings, we are influenced by our environment and the emotions of those around us, especially when our boundaries are unclear. Establishing emotional boundaries allows us to stay calm in chaotic times, cultivate more harmonious relationships, and maintain emotional well-being.
If you are an empath, highly sensitive, or navigating an emotionally challenging period, this workshop will help you find balance and provide you with the tools and confidence to manage emotional triggers whenever needed.

This workshop is led by Olivia Wu, a certified life coach and meditation teacher. She combines behavioral psychology, meditation, and energy work with practical applications to help individuals break old patterns and achieve meaningful transformations in their lives.
Together, we will practice simple techniques for developing clear emotional and energetic boundaries. You will learn to:
Find and anchor yourself in your emotional center
Distinguish between your own emotions and those of others
Take responsibility for your emotions while allowing others to do the same
Cultivate compassion and understanding for both yourself and others
No prior meditation experience is necessary to attend.
